Partner Success Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry and be able to analyze data to drive business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize feature enhancements that meet partner needs.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize partner engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in English (required) and Korean language skills are a plus.
