Key Responsibilities:

Lead client onboarding for mid to large-sized businesses during the initial 60-90 days, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of software solutions.

Develop and maintain implementation programs for small to medium clients, including project timelines, stakeholder management, key deliverables, and technical requirements.

Oversight of end-to-end implementation processes for assigned accounts, focusing on successful software adoption, training, and driving client success.

Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders to achieve client goals.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical, and effective communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in startups (1-3 years).
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, specifically PH payroll.
