Back Office Product Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead the implementation of our suite of back office products for real estate brokerages.

This role will focus on deploying a real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as a platform designed to help brokers analyze market data and grow their business through strategic agent recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client business needs and workflows prior to project kickoff, making consultative recommendations on how they should use the product.
  • Develop customized implementation plans for each client.
  • Manage system configuration and handle complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software.
  • Communicate implementation progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back office processes in the real estate industry and be adept at managing multiple implementations simultaneously.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing client relationships quickly is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills that shine through in email and phone presence are essential.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow-through are crucial.
  • Proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is necessary.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is essential.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of client-facing Project Management experience at a SaaS-based business is preferred.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Industry is beneficial.
