About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. As a core member of our customer success team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading new client onboarding, defining implementation programs, owning the end-to-end implementation process, and communicating progress with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during the first 60 to 90 days.
  • Define and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts.
  • Communicate progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of customer-facing implementation experience in a SaaS company.
  • Payroll experience: experience with US payroll, either in an implementation role or in-house payroll management.
  • Basic spreadsheet/database skills with ability to learn quickly.
