
Senior Bookkeeper and Financial Administrator

Job Summary:
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of multiple entities. This includes processing accounts payable invoices and payments, handling accounts receivable sales entries and statements, downloading and preparing financial reports from various systems, performing data entry and maintaining records in accounting systems, and generating and distributing financial statements.
This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating across time zones and managing international financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements
- Download and prepare financial reports from various systems
- Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems
- Generate and distribute financial statements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dext and Xero
- Strong Excel skills, especially vlookup
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Quick learner of new accounting systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional English communication skills
