Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via chats and emails.

Your primary goal will be to foster long-lasting relationships with customers, meet team performance targets, and stay up-to-date with industry trends. You will also be required to ensure secure handling of sensitive information and apply best practices in customer happiness.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English (B2 level)
  • A minimum of six months of experience in customer support
  • A background in trading, investments, or blockchain is essential
  • Experience in live chat support
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A positive attitude and high level of responsibility
  • A reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection
