Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated NetSuite Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. As an integral part of our team, you'll collaborate with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts to implement the enterprise applications product roadmap.

In this role, you'll apply your technical expertise to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and find innovative solutions.

You'll be responsible for documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.

• Work closely with business partners and internal/external stakeholders to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
• Participate in systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution.
• Provide technical solutions to business for problems related to Finance Enterprise applications.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
• Proactively gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to both Business and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
• Work with various teams to investigate Finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation, and go-live.
• Participate in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, testing, reviewing, and evaluating new functionality.
• Support delivery of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities through partnership with IT and Business.
• Lead and perform data management and migration activities.
• Ensure training and timely communications in accordance with project timelines.
• Engage in other areas of Finance such as Security, Compliance (SOX), Reporting, Production, and participate in change management support to ensure projects are addressed from end to end and the needs, interests, and success criteria of the business are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
• Good functional and configuration-level understanding of one or more areas, including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing, etc.
• Experience in Javascript or any other programming language is required.
• Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
• Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
• Must be customer-centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
• Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
