Job Title: Customer Success LeadAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and delivering exceptional experiences that drive loyalty and growth.

This role is a critical step in our customer success journey. You will primarily focus on developing strategic plans to meet the needs of our Tech segment customers, including store customers, and also have a portfolio assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers by finding solutions to ticket requests and ensuring timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain documentation about problem-solving, Q&A, and onboarding materials
  • Design and execute campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities
  • Identify high potential as well as high risk customers from newly onboarded users or customers
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams in developing and delivering engagement plans that fulfill customer objectives

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to structure and constantly update documentation
