
Senior Client Experience Specialist

As a seasoned Account Manager/Customer Success Representative, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the vendor experience and cultivating robust relationships with clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored onboarding plans for vendors to ensure seamless integration into our platform.
- Capture and maintain comprehensive vendor insights, understanding their needs, tone, and preferences.
- Surface feedback and performance blockers to product and connector teams, driving continuous improvement.
- Raise satisfaction through regular check-ins, NPS surveys, and subtle referrals.
- Collaborate with Connector Success teammates to align vendors with ideal connector profiles.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English (flawless written and verbal skills)
- Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM systems
- Proven multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple relationships simultaneously
- Extreme attention to detail, particularly with CRM data, call notes, and context tracking
- Presentation skills for client-facing interactions
- Highly organized, self-managing, and emotionally intelligent
