Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a key role in the successful integration of our products, supporting clients with varying needs and developing strong relationships that drive retention and growth. You will identify areas for improvement and strive to enhance client satisfaction through your attention to detail, expertise in managing complex clients, and ability to analyze data.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and tactical services to complex clients
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into strategic solutions
  • Present and facilitate large group meetings for various clients regarding our product suite
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment
  • Work with the engineering team to prioritize and manage customer requests
  • Communicate effectively with clients, showcasing prior successes and strong communication skills
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert knowledge on our products
  • Be proactive in learning new products quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Manage projects efficiently, maintaining organized documentation and monitoring timelines
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of our products
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debugging tools
  • Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Excellent client relationship skills, including assessing client needs and interacting with all levels of management
