Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

This is a project-based opportunity that requires technical support experience, flexibility, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, think critically, and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing technical support and assistance to clients in a courteous and effective manner
  • Resolving client issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Assisting clients in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues with software and hardware
Requirements:
  • More than 1 year of technical support experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • A critical thinker and problem solver to understand products and services provided by clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
