We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical sales group, you will have the opportunity to work with customers and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement & Solution Design:
  2. Engage in collaborative discussions with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Design and present effective solutions that address customer pain points and showcase product value.
  4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution-finding sessions with customers.
  5. Sales & Customer Success Support:
  6. Provide technical expertise to Sales and Customer Success teams to support revenue goals.
  7. Develop impactful product demonstrations and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
  8. Collaborate on proposal responses (RFIs/RFPs) to address functional and technical requirements.
  9. Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices:
  10. Stay up-to-date on best practices and product knowledge to share insights with internal teams.
  11. Collaborate with colleagues on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.
  12. Product Representation & Travel:
  13. Represent the company as a product expert at conferences, demonstrations, and customer visits.
  14. Address technical questions and follow up on pending issues.
  15. Continuous Development:
  16. Pursue personal and professional growth by expanding technical skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of product functionality, including front-end and back-end capabilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues and propose effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience in Sales/Solutions Engineering and Management within the Technology sector.
