Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:- Support the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer preparation.
- Ensure seamless onboarding logistics, including welcome communications, access setup, and first-day coordination.
- Maintain accurate HRIS/ATS records with high compliance.
- Manage internal P&C support tickets and IT coordination for onboarding/offboarding.
- Track and file offer letters, benefits forms, and policy acknowledgments.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our People & Culture operations run smoothly across global teams.
You'll ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees alike.
