Compensation & Benefits Manager Position Overview

This position is responsible for leading the compensation strategy, benefits programs, and payroll interface processes for various organizations. The successful candidate will develop and implement salary scales, incentive structures, and benefit offerings to attract and retain top talent.

  • Oversee employee communications and engagement related to benefit programs
  • Maintain updated position salary bands and coordinate compensation adjustments for new hires, promotions, or policy changes
  • Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
  • Manage the open enrollment process including system setup, training, and employee support
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation strategies
  • Oversee benefits enrollment, renewals, and eligibility tracking
  • Monitor compliance with FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and wage transparency laws
  • Analyze usage trends and make recommendations for cost-effective benefit design
Requirements:
  • 13 AIHR certifications
  • SHRM certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required); Master's or certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll operations
