Overview

We are a rapidly scaling DTC marketing agency specializing in Meta ads and Content Creation. Our small but mighty team delivers powerful results for our clients, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to manage and lead ad account strategy for our clients.

Starting salary: $3000 + performance incentives

Role Overview

As our Senior Media Buyer, you are responsible for managing the ad account strategy, launching, budgets, reporting and leading the weekly client calls plus communicating with the clients on Slack.

We have strong creative strategists, designers and video editors working with you to achieve this.

This is a tough, but tremendously rewarding leadership-style role where you are in the heat of the action.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ad account strategies on Meta Ads, and other platforms such as TikTok Ads/ Google Ads if results are better there
  • Launch campaigns, test, manage budgets daily
  • Lead the creative team to produce the content that the ad account needs
  • Understand clients deeply and be able to brainstorm marketing angles, copywriting, and pricing strategies
  • Lead weekly client calls with our US clients
Requirements
  • Proven track record of working with Meta Ads for DTC brands
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
