About the Position

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to fill a Back-Office role. As a key member of our operations, you will work with skilled professionals who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Census Management:
    • Review daily Census reports from authorization teams.
    • Verify patient information against Medicaid portals for authorization requirements.
    • Accurately enter all patient data regardless of authorization status.
    • Tag and flag cases requiring authorization for tracking and escalation.
  • Authorization Follow-up:
    • Identify and follow up on pending authorizations over 30 days.
    • Communicate directly with insurance companies for status updates.
    • Document communication and update case statuses accordingly.
Requirements
  • At least six months experience in BPO handling US healthcare insurance.
  • Preferably with long-term care, census, or authorizations experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong verbal and written English skills.
    • Able to work flexible shifts including nights.
