Account-specific roles and responsibilities
  1. Monitor and maintain the EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) tracker to ensure aides are arriving for their shifts on time and resolve any discrepancies with clock-ins.
  2. Respond to inquiries from nurses via text, Cub Hub, and after-hours emails promptly and professionally.
  3. Make return calls to nurses as needed to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support.
  4. Communicate with nursing staff regarding scheduling and any necessary clarifications.
  5. Ensure all back-office HR tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Minimum qualifications
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in a Healthcare account
  • Experience with HR functions
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable to night shift work
