Technical Support ExpertWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to internal stakeholders. You will work with a highly specialized team to resolve complex technical issues, create knowledge articles, and monitor personal and team queue incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team to ensure seamless technical support.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with consumers of various levels within the organization.
- Monitor personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing system, and ensure consumers are properly handled and updated.
- Create and update knowledge articles to enhance the overall support experience.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in any IT-related course with experience in working as an IT Service Provider.
- 3 years of relevant experience in fixing Software and Hardware issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and up.
- Experience in using service desk ticketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow experience is a plus.
