Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and professional with strong research skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound support-related inquiries in real time, providing clear and helpful responses.
  • Understand customer context (business size, goals) to offer relevant and strategic support.
  • Provide guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices with expert support.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent English communication skills, 4+ years of experience in customer support, and hands-on Shopify experience.


Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices.

This role requires a proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business, as well as problem-solving and response accuracy.
