Key Job Responsibilities

Drive project initiatives forward by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing artwork development processes.

Develop and track project plans to ensure timely delivery with minimal risk. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster strong relationships.

Manage end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery. Report on packaging transitions and associated liabilities to ensure zero financial impact.

  • Develop project timelines with the Project Manager to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate artwork management processes, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Own critical project data accuracy and maintenance, including timelines, project documents, and artwork process.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, managing timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments is required.
  • College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
