Project Coordinator Role Overview

The primary function of this role is to facilitate project management services for routine to moderately complex infrastructure and environmental projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparation and documentation of necessary materials for long-term projects, including approvals, statements of work, project charters, policies, and procedures.
  • Managing the life cycle of projects from initiation to closure, encompassing new construction, recapitalization, and environmental assessment and remediation.
  • Supporting client-partner project approval processes by facilitating decision-making within client-partner organizations through business case analysis, functional space programming, and other documentation.
  • Cultivating effective communication among stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Participating in procurement planning and preparing tender documents.
  • Coordinating consultant activities.
  • Serving as a representative of the project director or project manager within delegated signing authority.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with DCC, industry partners, client-partners, and stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Presentation of monthly reports (internal and client-partner).
  • Support and/or leadership in business development initiatives.
  • Risk management.
  • Performance of additional duties as assigned.
