Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple clients and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to act as the main point of contact for our clients, communicating effectively with them throughout the project lifecycle. This includes assisting clients through the website production process, ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule, and reporting progress regularly.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Project Manager will also be expected to:

  • Manage website projects in production, maintaining excellent customer relationships and tracking web project issues;
  • Create and deliver project status reports, understanding clients' goals and advising on achieving them;
  • Ensure clients receive services needed to meet their business goals, supporting internal and client projects;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Anticipate project errors before they become major issues, launching projects with minimal revisions from Quality Assurance;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing multiple clients or projects;
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal abilities;
  • Experience with internet-related products like web hosting and design;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Wordpress is a plus;
