Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
  • Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews
  • Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines
Requirements
  • Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms)
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
