As a corporate administration professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating administrative and legal formalities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the execution of administrative and legal formalities for client portfolios.
- Deal with queries relating to account opening, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publication and filing, notarial and private deeds, incorporation, and liquidations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Maintain robust client files to safeguard against potential risks and ensure KYC obligations are met.
- Prepare Compliance documents, board packs, and other relevant materials.
- Assist the main point of contact for day-to-day operations.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field, fluency in English, and at least one year of experience in corporate law, Compliance, or a similar field. Additional language skills, particularly French, are desirable.
