We're seeking a driven professional to spearhead expansion and forge meaningful connections in the B2B landscape.
The OpportunityAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, setting strategic appointments, and crafting tailored proposals that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth and build lasting relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industries, and opportunities for expansion
- Establish and maintain strong networks through outreach efforts, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions, to generate leads and secure appointments
- Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of sales strategies
- Leverage AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting (a strong plus)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or tracking tools
- Proven work experience in business development or a related sales-focused role
- A solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and appointment setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is a strong plus
- Experience working with North American clients is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
