Job Summary:

The Customer Renewals Sales Specialist, Night Shift will drive industry-leading renewal rates and maintain a large volume of renewals with high call and email volumes daily, covering the North America territory.

This role involves collaborating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment to develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors within the existing customer base.

The ideal candidate will identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewals to timely closure.

They will partner with Customer Success & Account Executives to maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role on the account team and helping identify expansion and cross-sale opportunities.

Additionally, this role involves identifying and executing strategies to decrease churn across signed customer bases, prioritizing responsibilities within customer segments, differentiating between accounts at risk and balancing daily activity and velocity sales.

The successful candidate will work with customers to resolve issues preventing ongoing SolarWinds relationships, help maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with various departments to advocate for customers and resolve issues.

They will also negotiate and move timelines while closing sales with high customer experiences, raise issues and trends identified in customer segments for analysis and resolution, and advocate for customers to ensure optimal customer experiences.

Finally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate product knowledge to articulate value and identify upsell opportunities.
