Job Title

The Home-Based E-Commerce Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of an online business, leveraging expertise in e-commerce and marketing automation platforms.

You will manage multiple brands on an e-commerce platform, collaborating with external partners to ensure seamless integration.

  • Maintain existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests from a ticketing system.
  • Add or update items, customers, and locations in the PeopleSoft ERP system through the web interface.
  • Inspect website elements for visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate project implementation and testing with partner networks.
  • Prepare documentation and certificates upon completion.
  • Manage deadlines for E-Commerce site builds and maintenance requests.
Required Skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with web-based applications.
