E-Commerce Product Manager Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Product Manager to join our team and assist with basic e-commerce listing and management tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, maintaining accurate data in Excel and Google Sheets, and ensuring smooth operations on the Walmart marketplace store.

This role is pivotal in optimizing product listings, tracking inventory, and assisting with other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities
  • Product Listing Management: Manage and update product listings on the Walmart marketplace to ensure they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Data Organization: Organize and maintain product inventories in Excel and Google Sheets to provide a clear view of available stock levels.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to avoid any out-of-stock situations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Handle order tracking and updates to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Product Optimization: Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales by using relevant keywords and descriptions.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to manage and analyze data, as well as basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially the Walmart marketplace.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
