
Customer Service Center of Excellence Leader

This is a high-profile role in the Center of Excellence Manager position, based at our site in BGC Taguig. As part of this exciting opportunity, you will be working onsite, which requires your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain excellent collaboration with colleagues.
Responsibilities- The successful candidate will oversee operational strategy development: They will create and implement plans that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance within the Center of Excellence.
- Leading and managing teams: You will be responsible for supervising team members, providing guidance and support, and promoting a collaborative working environment.
- Performance management: You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and devise strategies to boost team performance.
- Stakeholder collaboration: The candidate will work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives.
- Process improvement: They will identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement effective solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a leader in customer service management
- At least 7 years of experience working in a BPO environment
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience designing process definitions or frameworks for coaching, training, reporting, governance, and workforce management
- Proven track record in process improvement and developing process frameworks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Willingness to start immediately and commit to an on-site role
