Job Title: Strategic Procurement Leader

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier development.

In addition to this, the role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions about procurement strategies and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Analyze data to inform procurement strategies and supplier relationships
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track procurement performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
