Business Growth Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth through strategic sales and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Proven experience in Business Development or a similar role, with a focus on developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership and sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years in sales, with a focus on developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Solid background in driving business development initiatives within the industry.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that address business challenges.
  • Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing pricing strategies, and closing deals effectively.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific trends, particularly in offshore staffing, outsourcing, or related fields.
  • Strong background in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
