Job Description

Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in providing impactful HR solutions, including organizational development, workforce management, employee relations and policy implementation.
  • Proven track record of driving HR transformation initiatives and making recommendations to support effective structural development.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to management, ensuring HR strategies align with overall business goals and objectives.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in computer operations and software applications such as Microsoft Windows/Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Adept at problem-solving, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Confident and able to work under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Systematic and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
