
Dynamic HR Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to lead our human capital initiatives and drive organisational excellence across our operations.
This leadership role combines strategic people management with operational oversight, requiring a visionary leader who can foster a thriving workplace culture whilst ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
Core Accountabilities- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive people strategies that align with organisational goals and drive sustainable growth across all business units
- Lead culture transformation initiatives to build an inclusive, high-performance workplace that attracts and retains top talent in the market
- Champion organisational change management through periods of growth, restructuring, or strategic pivots
- Drive data-driven decision making through workforce analytics, engagement metrics, and performance indicators to optimise human capital investments
- Assist in building and mentoring a high-performing HR team, fostering professional development and career growth opportunities
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with department heads to align people strategies with business objectives
- Lead by example in demonstrating company values and creating accountability for cultural excellence across all levels
- Strategically oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, from workforce planning to successful onboarding and integration
- Lead interview processes for critical roles across various service areas and departments, ensuring quality hiring decisions
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse, high-calibre candidates in competitive markets
- Establish talent pipeline strategies to support rapid scaling and business expansion requirements
- Architect and implement comprehensive retention strategies that significantly reduce turnover and increase employee lifetime value
- Lead organisational culture initiatives including employee engagement programmes, recognition systems, and wellness initiatives
- Master conflict resolution and mediation, handling complex workplace disputes with diplomacy and fairness
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that create belonging for all team members
- Design and execute employee experience strategies from onboarding through career development and transition
- Ensure comprehensive adherence to labour regulations and employment law
- Lead policy development and implementation, particularly for hybrid work arrangements and evolving workplace needs
- Oversee workplace safety and occupational health programmes, ensuring employee wellbeing and regulatory compliance
- Serve as executive signatory for HR-related legal documents and agreements
- Manage crisis response protocols for workplace emergencies and sensitive employee matters
- Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction
- Lead comprehensive benefits administration including healthcare programmes, leave management, and performance-based incentives
- Manage government compliance for social security system, health insurance corporation, and home development mutual fund benefits and contributions
- Drive performance management systems including probationary reviews, evaluations, and compensation planning
- Pioneer hybrid work excellence, establishing policies and practices that optimise productivity and engagement
- Lead digital HR transformation initiatives, implementing HRIS and automation for improved efficiency
- Drive workforce analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
- Manage client relationships for HR compliance requirements, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead recruitment and onboarding support for client workforce integration
- Provide strategic HR consulting to clients on best practices, compliance, and employee engagement
- Represent the organisation in external HR compliance audits and regulatory interactions
