Strategic Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online implementations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Assess clients' existing accounting processes; identify gaps; and design optimized workflows leveraging Intuit solutions.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, client executives, and Intuit product specialists to align business objectives, establish clear milestones, and deliver measurable outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring implementations adhere to internal controls, GAAP standards, regulatory requirements, and data security best practices. They will also provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in software or ERP implementations.
- Direct experience with QuickBooks Online and Intuit Enterprise Suite is preferred.
