HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our organization as an HR Manager. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee end-to-end HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, with a proven track record of driving compliant outcomes and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and performance documentation
- Manage employee relations issues, document incidents, and escalate appropriately
- Partner with leadership and external consultants on escalations, corrective actions, and resolutions
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Assistant role
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, and HRIS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with international staff
- A dynamic and mission-driven work environment
