About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This part-time remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing communications, and supporting marketing operations.

This position involves collaborating with influencers to drive engagement, tracking progress, and maintaining open communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with outreach, email management, and short calls.

The successful applicant will have 1+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles. They must possess excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively is essential for this role. Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers
  • Track influencer communications and campaign progress
  • Assist with scheduling short calls between influencers and the team
  • Support influencer marketing operations, including outreach and reporting
  • Provide general marketing support as needed
