As a Dynamics 365 Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the corporate Dynamics environments are optimized for efficiency and user-friendliness.

About the Role
  • You will partner with the Dynamics platform owner to identify best practices for supporting business process goals with technology.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to understand and represent the business platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical plans and designs.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to support existing and new business application needs.
  • Contribute to ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation on business processes and applications.
  • Foster a culture of change management by following established procedures for additions or changes to the environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field.
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and all ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
