Sales Operations Manager

This is a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager position in a growing organization. The ideal candidate will optimize systems, processes, and technology to drive revenue growth by ensuring seamless data flow, reporting accuracy, and process consistency across the customer journey.

The key responsibilities include managing and optimizing the sales, marketing, and customer success tech stack, developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making across the GTM organization. Additionally, collaboration with sales leaders is essential for creating and refining playbooks, sequences, and messaging for VP+ level outreach within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ecosystems.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a B2B enterprise sales environment.
  • Proven experience supporting or selling to senior leaders (VP and above) in organizations using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Smartlead, ZeroBounce, GlockApps, HeyReach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, SOC 2) in outbound sales contexts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
