Marketing and Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Brand Manager to lead our online lead generation efforts through innovative marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving results-driven campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, podcasting, influencer marketing, and social media.

This is a hands-on role that requires identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels, analyze data, and refine strategies to drive optimal results.
  • Develop and execute growth-focused marketing plans to drive online lead generation.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
