Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our organization in optimizing system functionality and implementing customized reporting solutions. As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist, you will collaborate with business leaders to streamline workflows, enhance financial reporting, and ensure seamless navigation through the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.

This role involves hands-on collaboration with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and Customize Dynamics 365 Business Central Modules: Ensure the system is configured to meet the organization's specific needs, providing a solid foundation for future growth and development.
  2. Design and Implement Reporting Solutions: Develop custom reports that provide actionable insights, helping the organization make informed decisions and drive business success.
  3. Provide Training and Guidance: Deliver training sessions to internal teams, empowering them to get the most out of the Dynamics 365 Business Central system.
  4. Troubleshoot and Resolve System Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems, ensuring the system runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central: Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Expertise in Custom Reporting: Strong knowledge of custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL: Understanding of Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics.
  • Business Process Workflows: Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
