Post-Sales Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional support to our Enterprise clients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth adoption and utilization of our products.

This role is responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, providing billing, quoting, and licensing support to our internal sales team and external customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with various departments, and have a strong understanding of software billing and licensing.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn new systems and processes, identify process gaps, and propose effective solutions. If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate billing, quoting, and licensing support.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with software billing and licensing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian's suite of products.
  • Previous experience in process improvement and project management.
