Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customers achieve success with our software and service.
  • Become the primary point of contact post-sales by conducting thorough customer onboarding and education processes.
  • Identify opportunities to increase value, retention, and revenue through expanded use of our platform.
  • Prepare accounts for billing by ensuring customers successfully start using our service.
  • Develop strategic plans with customers focused on short- and long-term goals towards growth and identify ways we can support those objectives.
  • Proactively manage relationships between our virtual assistants and assigned clients during and post-onboarding.
  • Manage all inbound customer communications by organizing, escalating, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Understand our offerings and communicate them clearly to customers to promote upgrades, engage in upsells, and obtain referrals.

Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or higher, excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least one year of experience in client relationship management and/or project management, and comfort with various technology tools and understanding of online software services and technology-based solutions.
