Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to provide quality and efficient payroll, benefits, and HR administration.

The successful candidate will perform a range of activities including:

  • New Hires and Terminations
  • Leave Administration
  • Third party maintenance (unions, workers compensation, pension and benefit providers)
  • Reporting
  • Liaise with vendors and government agencies
  • Calendar of Events
  • Change Controls
  • Inquiry Management and Issue Resolution
  • Year End processing and reconciliation
  • Tax filing and remittance
  • Process documentation

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in high volume payroll operations, customer service skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. PCP Certification is an asset.

The successful candidate will work cooperatively with others to meet customer needs and deliver on established quality targets.
