Job Description:

The Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of internal service level agreements and verification activities.

This includes initiating requests and checks accurately within established service level agreements, verifying the accuracy of verification attempts, and completing timely follow-ups as scheduled.

Additionally, it involves raising insufficiencies from entities promptly upon identification and uploading relevant documentation to the system for verification activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately initiate requests and checks within established service level agreements.
  • Verify the accuracy of verification attempts, including templates, emails, faxes, and verbal representations.
  • Complete timely follow-ups as scheduled.
  • Raise insufficiencies from entities promptly upon identification.
  • Upload relevant documentation to the system for verification activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of work experience in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
