This Role

The Commercial Partnerships Manager is responsible for overseeing processes related to our commercial team and partners, providing administrative support, ensuring effective onboarding, identifying potential risks, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle partner inquiries, support requests, and operational coordination. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding specific issues and concerns raised by partners.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Manage partner onboarding, including documentation, data entry, and record-keeping to facilitate easy search when needed.
  • Offer technical guidance to customers on effectively utilizing our products and services.
  • Document and escalate complex issues encountered with the merchant console, referring them to higher-level support personnel when necessary.
  • Oversee store-related tasks, including creation, closure, and clerk management.
  • Own the partner communication channel and NPS through various channels.
  • Provide weekly reports and recommendations for enhancing the merchant experience to relevant managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or a related field.
  • More than 1 year of experience in support and/or account management in sectors such as telecommunications, retail, and/or finance.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to customers.
  • Strong technology skills, particularly in MS Office, CRMs, SQL, Google Suite or Office, especially Excel, and other CRM systems like ZOHO and Zendesk.
  • Capacity to assertively communicate ideas, solve problems effectively, and maintain focus on continuous improvement.
