As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance and troubleshooting expertise to clients across various industries. To excel in this role, strong English language proficiency is essential.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
You must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and willing to submit to a Level II background investigation with fingerprint.
Responsibilities- Respond to technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
