We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, including benefit and HR data advice and services.
- This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a challenging opportunity that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be working closely with the HR Business Partner to provide support with performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Providing generalist HR support, including benefit and HR data advice and services.
- Administering and recommending improvements to HR core processes, services, and systems.
- Providing support with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Dealing with labor-related concerns.
- Employee Engagement
- Administering the onboarding process, ensuring all required information is received, referencing, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Manage and hold inductions with all new joiners, including payroll paperwork, and help administer induction events.
- Administer and process resignation letters, payroll changes.
- Performing general staff administration processes (e.g., monitoring attendance, leaves) and executing HR policies.
- Managing APAC payroll through relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the rollout of various HR initiatives, project tracking, and planning.
- Management and administration of company benefits.
- In collaboration with the Recruitment Team, assisting in the recruitment process, interviewing, and organizing interviews.
- Reporting: producing data, statistics, and management information.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in providing generalist HR support.
- Payroll administration experience is highly desired.
- Confident administration and technical skills - Microsoft Office at proficient level is essential.
- Strong numerical capability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is essential.
