Remote Talent Acquisition Expert

Jobgether is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Remote Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR management. They will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries, as well as managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics.

We are seeking a results-driven individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract qualified candidates via multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Assist with job advertising, ensuring that posts are targeted to the right audience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm about connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.
  • Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate the company's needs to candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • Fully remote position, offering flexibility in work location.
  • Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours, with at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET).
