Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and define the ideal candidate profile
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, preferably in the computer hardware or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruiting databases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
