Senior Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist

The primary function of this role is to drive the recruitment and retention of top talent within a global organization. The Senior Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives.

This position involves:

  • Designing and executing HR initiatives that foster a collaborative culture, promote employee engagement, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain key talent.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR functions.
  • Managing and resolving employee relations issues in partnership with senior managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, plus a minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and its application in a global context.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform HR decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization an asset.
